As much as I’d like to take the risk and jump ship, it’s a unionised government job with a bunch of benefits. I could make more money as a contractor, but the job security I have is ironclad and that’s what’s important to me for my family; a roof over their heads and food in their stomachs.

love that the game will get some love and hope you do as well down the road as the job realizes its mistake!

148 hours of overtime in the last 9 weeks, one of those was 36.25 hours straight. The end is nigh. Today is my last day of this project. I'm hoping to end without overtime, but we'll see.

I'll be putting some work into the game shortly -- releasing more quests, opening the next port, and this weekend will be extra XP.

I just have to complete one more work task today to keep my family housed and fed.

Edit: I may even have Monday and Wednesday off next week, which I'm actually pretty excited about. Days off where my son is at school. I know it sounds bad and I love him, but some quiet time is overdue.
