I guess i set a record today but took 8 runs to beat this spanish frigate, 7 times was unusal but was happening, but this is the first 8.

Is there anything that can be done to lower this number to something less stressing???

Comes in handy when you happen to be warring and needing to lower your hull.

Float posted a thread about this under "Changing Winds" called "frigate attacks."
I thought Hagar addressed this already. Since then I have had 4 attempts as my maximum amount when defeating a Spanish.

Were you at 100% each time you attacked?

Sometimes when my crew training isn't balanced, it is difficult to defeat them.

Otherwise, I would ask Hagar.
